Terms

These terms describe the Talkynotch website, browser preview, and delivery of the macOS installer through Stripe-hosted checkout.

Using the preview

You may use the in-browser teleprompter to edit and scroll your own scripts. You remain responsible for your content. There are no accounts, uploads, or cloud script storage. Avoid relying on the preview to keep a copy of your work.

Product descriptions

The landing page illustrates the intended macOS product, including always-on-top behavior, exclusion from recordings, future updates, and direct developer support. Those native features and the stated 24-hour support target are not services provided by this website preview. A browser preview cannot hide itself from screen recordings or float over other applications.

Price and availability

The price is USD $24.50, paid once for quantity one. Card payments are handled by Stripe. A verified paid checkout unlocks Talkynotch.dmg in the same browser. Download access depends on the purchase cookie, retained for 30 days. No emailed delivery, license generation, or automated update service is implemented.

Availability and changes

The preview is provided as available and may change. We do not promise uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular production workflow. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Support

No support inbox has been configured. The support copy on the landing page describes the intended launch offering. A real support contact and seller information must be added before accepting customers.
